Rods that are in stock will be shipped upon receipt of the full amount invoiced. Shipping cost will be determined at time of shipping and additional to rod cost, payable by purchaser.

Options
If you want something built uniquely to your specification, or customised in any way, get in touch and we can discuss what is possible. Options for customising your rod are priced at ordering and are additional to standard rod prices. Customisable options include reel seats, handle shapes, guides, wrap colour and trim, hook keeper, winding check etc.
Customised rod builds will require a 30% deposit at the time of ordering. Time to completion will be estimated at ordering and will be an estimate only. Apart from the time required to build a rod and the fact that this is not my full time job, I am reliant upon other suppliers who deliver things on sometimes very variable terms also.

"Digger" DeGere Fast 4 taper, moderate flamed colour with aluminium bronze ferrule. Built with full wells grip, up-locking grey anodised aluminium reel seat with burl insert and silky oak winding check. Green wraps on black titanium guides and Mildrum black carboloy stripping guide.
A faster action rod which is fantastic fun to fish with. Balanced very nicely combined with a smaller but heavier reel (I use an Abel Creek 2 with it) and #4DT line for dry flies or small nymphs and droppers. Will cast a #5WF line well too. Well suited to most of the small-medium Australian trout streams.

Built on Farlow's 'Elf' taper, this rod suits heavier flies, bigger rivers, and stronger fish. Handles casting in strong breezes better than a lighter line. Dark flamed finish with black TiC coated guides and Mildrum black carbaloy stripping guide, together with orange and black variegated wrapping looks very cool. Blank is finished with Tung Oil giving it a slightly duller finish. Reel seat is Queensland Silky Oak with Aefauld nickel silver cap and ring. Slightly truncated full wells handle. This rod is well balanced with a larger or heavier reel.

Payne 101 taper with dark flamed cane finished with 10 coats of polyurethane resulting in a deep gloss. Black TiC snake guides and red agate stripping guide with brown wraps tipped with a single turn of gold tinsel trim. Blued Al-Bronze ferrule and anodised Al uplocking reel seat with maple burl insert. Full wells cork handle.
Balances perfectly with a 5oz reel and WF #5 line. A lovely taper to fish on mid sized rivers, but can still drop a dry fly delicately.

No warranty is offered other than the statutory warranties of implied merchantability under Australian Consumer Law. That said, if anything goes wrong, let me know and I will try to fix it.
